Aiming towards the development of Boudh District and to be the part it, the Boudh district's first Industry, named Boudh Distillery Pvt. Ltd which carried out lot of development activity before such as distribution of school bags, installation of RO water purifiers in school for the students, this year come up with the new step by announcing the Scholarship for the Matric toppers. A token amount Rs. 10000/-, 8000/- and 5000/- are going to be conferred as scholarship to three toppers of Harabhanga Block students who are appearing in the Matriculation exams. The scholarship which will be given to the toppers from as many as 1261 students of 19 High Schools, shows continued commitment to helping the next generation of students as they pursue their education and career. Later, the scholarship will be taken to District level as per company sources. The announcement of Scholarship programme organised by the company in presence of District Education Officer, Gendra Kujur, Block Education Officer, Sanatan Gaana, COO of BDPL, Premkumar Kanojia and Head Masters of all 19 Highschools of the block.
